if there was an option for 0 stars, I would have chosen that option. Worst. Experience. I took my car in for oil change and tire rotation per a prepaid service agreement. This is a car I bought from th that option. Worst. Experience. I took my car in for oil change and tire rotation per a prepaid service agreement. This is a car I bought from this dealer. When it was completed, I was informed I would need to pay $84 for the oil change despite the person who received the car confirming there was no charge for today's service. When I challenged the cost and said don't do the service then the employee told me it had been done i needed to pay for it. I was then directed to a manger who greeted me by saying "why don't you want to pay for the oil change?" Then he told his employee to bring the car back in and put the old oil back in. He asked me how I felt about that and I said OK. Then he told me he would explain my rights to me and that he could charge me up to $100 each time I bring my car to them. He was condescending and bullying to me. After he scolded me, he told me they would cover it this time...I refused to let them. I would rather they receive this money from me, since it is the last time I will ever do business with them. I encourage people to avoid this dealer. My entire visit was centered around selling me things (needed or not) and getting money from me - it had nothing to do with what my car might need to have done. I will not go back. More

Was interested in a used 2016 Honda Fit they had. Was curious about a few condition things and called since the dealership was an hour and a half away from me. Annika Froiland had answered my call, I wanted to make sure it wasnt smoked in and no major dents or dings. She said she has not been in this particular car yet, she sent me a video of the car and pointed out things like minor dings and while she was on the inside of the car you could see the gas gauge flashing(she stated that it needed gas). A few days later I decided to go to the dealership for a test drive, they knew I was coming and had the car heated up. I ended up buying the car. The day after I purchased the vehicle, I noticed that the gas gauge was not working, and once the car was heated up for over a half hour or so the gas gauge would start working. This continued to happen a few days, my wife had called the dealership and was told that they werent interested in helping since I didnt purchase the warranty. Im assuming they knew about the issue, I looked back at the video Annika sent me, I noticed that the gas gauge was just flashing and didnt show anything about the fuel being low. Whomever started the car should of noticed that the gas gauge was not working. I Later received a call from a manger, Ryan Townsend, he said he would check with the service dept and get back to me the next day. I did not hear from him from over a week and ended up doing research and fixing the issue myself, had to take apart most of the dash and remove the instrument panel and resolder it. I then did not receive the plates for the car, and the temp plates had expired. I emailed Ryan to see if he knew how long it took and to make sure they had the correct address they provided to the DMV, when I was purchasing the car they kept asking me if an address that I havent lived at for over 15 years was my address, not even sure how they got that address. Ryan emailed me saying hed look into it. I have not heard back from him. Had I known of the gas gauge issue, I would have not purchased it. More
