My wife was having a problem with her 2020 RAV4. I took it to Carlson Toyota on January 3, 2023, without an appointment hoping they could take a look at it. I entered the service area and was meet by Tyson Kerkhoff the Assistant Service Manager. I explained the problem to him, and he spent a good deal of time with me asking questions. He stated that he would make an effort to get to the car as soon as possible. From there on out the service was fantastic. Tyson got the car in, and a problem was eventually diagnosed and fixed. Tyson made several phone calls to me to keep me informed as to what was going on. Overall, he was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and communicated very well. This was one of the best service experiences I have every had at an auto dealership. I would highly recommend Carlson Toyota and especially Tyson Kerkhoff if you ever have a need for Toyota service. Do not put a deposit down without negotiating complete deal in advance. Any deposit is not refundable once they attach your name to a vehicle.
