Jill even wrote down my banks name. But Jason claimed he was not told. So, now I will need to give my bank $78 dollars for them to re- finance my loan. This is my 3rd car from your lot over the years, because I know that Buick's are good cars. However, I do think that the price was still a bit to high, after all the 2020 cars are or will be out soon and this car is a 2018 or 2 years old already. More

They were able to service my car in a few days but the engine light reappeared when I picked it up so I had to return it again. Ready they next day and it was fine. I was just disappointed that I had to drive about 25-30 miles two days in a row during traffic hour for which I'm not used to doing I thought they would at least offer to bring it to me the second time. But all in all the staff were very apologetic and sincere, especially Erin and the loaner vehicle was nice. More

To be honest, I thought the repair was a half-assed-job ... I immediately snapped photos and emailed the sales person about it, as I'm concerned that it would continue to curl more upward over time. Also, there was a tiny scratch at the bottom of the driver's door. She didn't really address it directly in her response. She said she'd discuss it with the sales manager and get back to me. When I didn't hear back from her for a couple of days, I messaged again and she responded that he wasn't available but she would follow-up with him and get back to me. Then the weather got bad for a couple of weeks and I didn't want to travel the 60+miles during that time, so I messaged her and said when the winter weather passed, I'd drive up there one day soon when I needed to be in that area, and they could look at it. In the meantime, in March, the small rectangular tow cover on the front bumper started flapping around and wouldn't stay in place. So I drove to our local dealer Jones Buick in Lancaster, so see if they could secure it. The service man looked at it and said he'd order a new one to install and would message me when it was ready to replace, at no charge. In the course of looking at my car, he pointed out the upturned trim and asked how that happened. I explained to him that it was like that when I picked up the car, and could he also take care of that for me. He explained that because it was a delivery issue and needed to be corrected where I purchased the vehicle, and went on to say that Jones Buick would not have delivered a new car until an issue like that was corrected, stating that it mostly likely happened in transport. So I followed up again with Carlisle Buick. Condensed version is, I took my car up there and got a loaner. When I picked it up two days later, the trim was not replaced by a new piece but merely manipulated with a putty (?) of some sort on the back. While it was somewhat "improved", it was still obvious. The small scratch was nicely touched-up. While I was not charged for these details, I felt as though I was being treated like a nuisance by the service manager when I drove up for him to look at it and schedule the repair. When I dropped my car off and picked it back up, I didn't have any interaction with him. And now, here we are, it's August tomorrow, and that corner piece is looking pretty much like it was when I picked it up in January ! And I will also say that Jill made me feel as though she didn't want bothered. I messaged her April 25th to tell her I was coming up on May 2nd for the service dept to look at it, and also a second time on April 29th. Then on May 3rd, she emails me to ask whether I ever made an appointment with service to look at my concerns, and I messaged her back "YES ! I was there yesterday" ! ? ! ... apparently she didn't mark it on her calendar ? And I don't know whether the sales manager ever looked at it on May 2nd or not ? or if he saw it when I dropped it off May 8th for the repair. All-in-all …. it was very frustrating …. I drove up there to make the purchase - which was cash - because that was the only dealership within 100 miles of me (here in Lancaster) that had THE vehicle I wanted, color/interior/equipment options/etc. Since it isn't all that far, I anticipated that I'd sometimes get it serviced there since I'm in that area from time-to-time for other reasons. I don't know that I'd go back unless absolutely necessary. If anyone wants to see the photos I took the end of January, I'd be glad to forward them. More
