Awesome Salesman. I was in the market for a 2019 GMC 2500HD. I had specifics that I wanted. Wanted a Duramax Denali and in white. It ended up being longer than I expected; 4-6 months to be exact. During that time my salesman Tyler stayed in contact with me as well as I did him. They held the truck for me for 6 months with no questions asked as they knew I was buying the truck it was all a matter of when. He speaks down to employees and he treats them as though they are less than he is and of no value to the company! As for customers he speaks to them with little respect and value even though they are the reason the buisness is able to run and not to mention he is suppose to be in the customer service buisness! I believe car dealerships are suppose to be customer service based and the customer service you receive from the person who is suppose to run the company as such is by no means acceptable. The sales people and other employees there are kind, helpful, and very informative when it comes to knowing about the vehicles, and they are eager to answer any questions or concerns brought to them. I would not buy from this dealership nor sell to this dealership and certainly not reccomend it to anyone else as long as its ran the way it is. More
