Quick PA Inspection Bought the car - a leftover 2018 - the beginning of August 2019. Among other things it was missing the SD navigation maps card. Fortunately, this was Bought the car - a leftover 2018 - the beginning of August 2019. Among other things it was missing the SD navigation maps card. Fortunately, this was resolved. Additionally, it was due for inspection the end of September which really should have been done before I took possession of the car. In any event, the PA State inspection was done for nothing which I appreciated. I was disappointed however, that they did not wash the vehicle . I guess that's the trade off for a quick turn-around. Overall, a pretty standard dealer experience - not as good as L.B. Smith Ford in Lemoyne - but adequate. I must say the staff was quite friendly. One thumbs up, or 3 out of 4 stars. HINT: Expand the customer waiting area; it's tiny. More
