Where to start. I've been a customer at this dealership for a long time and while all my experiences have been great this one was even more so. Just so relaxed and easy going. We made an online appointme for a long time and while all my experiences have been great this one was even more so. Just so relaxed and easy going. We made an online appointment to drive a used Buick Encore. We have been tossing the idea around to trade in our Pontiac Vibe. My wife drives an Encore and we both love it. When I saw and AWD with remote start come up I decided to pursue it. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by the Receptionist. She then introduced us to Henry (Hank). Hank was so easy to talk with it was as if we had known each other forever. He listened to us, didn't interrupt or try to push anything on us. The meeting went along at our pace. We test drove the Encore and loved it. It was a sweet find. We continued to work with Hank (without pressure). We had to leave due to another obligation but Hank assured us that he would be there when we came back. We came back several hours later and Hank true to his word was there ready to continue but was occupied with another couple. He asked Michael from the management dept to continue for him. Michael was fantastic, he continued right were Hank left off. Michael helped negotiate the price that was so good I just couldn't refuse. Tom in Finance finished us up. Tom did a great job too. He explained everything to us so well we didn't even ask a question. As we returned late in the day it was now after hours and not one of the individuals we worked with checked their watches. My wife and I felt that we were all that mattered and that our satisfaction was most important. I can say they succeeded 100%. I won't sugar coat it, paperwork takes forever, you don't want any dotted i's or crossed t's missed. While we waited we interacted with Bill who handles commercial sales. Oh my word he was funny and helped speed the time along. I'm normally not a person who wants to deal with salesman, but this experience....man it was so smooth and relaxed. We took part in a true example of Teamwork and I'm happy we did. Great Job!!! and Thanks. More
