My service power steering light came on along with an image of a car with skid marks an also wanted 4 wheel alignment. Kind of disappointed as I left my vehicle on Thursday for a Friday appointment as I had to go to Florida unexpectedly. The service dept. called to say it was done Thursday afternoon which was fine. When we returned on Monday our first stop was at Carlisle GMC. I went inside to get the paperwork for the warranty work and the keys. When I got to my vehicle it was UNLOCKED. It had sat there since Thursday afternoon UNLOCKED... NOT HAPPY to say the least. This type of behavior is not normal for this dealership or I wouldn't be a customer. More

Tyler Caroll was a great help and made the process of buying a Truck and turning in my lease so easily.
