Most people enjoy their car buying experience… Well story time…I bought a new ride which I love. Not even 72 hours after I drove it off the lot my starter took a xxxx. I got it towed to the dealership story time…I bought a new ride which I love. Not even 72 hours after I drove it off the lot my starter took a xxxx. I got it towed to the dealership and fought with them all day to get it fixed. Now I have no problem paying for my vehicles to get the things they need and be taken care of but my warrenty didn’t cover the starter and I was forced to pay for half of the cost to get it repaired. One would hope that the dealership would help you out a little and do the right thing to fix it considering I paid the towing fee and literally just got it less than three days ago…nope. My sales guy was great but the service guy was awful and super disrespectful. I would NOT recommend buying a vehicles from this dealership. Super dissatisfied with the service they provided and hope that no one has to go through what I did today and basically be told to screw off unless I pay to get it fixed and am left with no other option. They treated me like I was an idiot for asking them to cover the fix and made me feel like since they got paid that anything after that wasn’t their problem. More
