I’m sure the dealership is fine however I went in because the inner tailgate doesn’t operate. There are small rocks rattling around I can’t get out because the inner gate doesn’t open. The service dept. couldn’t open the inner gate saying it’s a GM issue. This doesn’t help me that rocks are chipping the paint. So ya I’m frustrated. I use the truck as a truck and because I use this truck as a truck the tailgate is going to need paint work. xxx More

They seem to always get my vehicles in at a decent amount of time, which is great. However, the last time I was there for an inspection we asked them to be sure and check the battery bc it wouldn’t start pri of time, which is great. They said it was fine but 2 wks later…again my vehicle was in the garage and wouldn’t start.Had to have it towed and the result was bc of a dead battery. It was just very inconvenient for us.
