Contacted this dealer on line through chat and told "We are always welcome to come to the dealership to test drive a vehicle". Said multiple times we would like to come in today. Upon arrival we were met by a salesperson who was terse and rude after I told him I contacted them before coming to the dealership. He told me I must be at the wrong place and told they don't do test drives on Friday thru Sunday. We are serious buyers and they just lost a customer. We went there because they seem to have a larger inventory than other dealers in our particular interest. Now we know why their customer service stinks!! More

I walked in, told Carlos what I was looking for and he pointed me to Gus, who was super quick with helping me get the car I wanted the same day! It’s under a terrible experience that I write to you today 02JUN2021. I recently purchased a 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 Bighorn from your dealership. Unfortunately the next day my driver side window broke. My today 02JUN2021. I recently purchased a 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 Bighorn from your dealership. Unfortunately the next day my driver side window broke. My attempt at getting it fixed through your service department is where this bad experience comes from. I don’t know if you know it, but folks are leaving rather bad reviews of your dealership. Mine is no different. For weeks now, I’ve been listening to the constant excuses from the folks in service and parts, and today even the sales manager. I was at a point this morning where I really just want to return the truck; not because it’s bad or no-good, but because at this point my view of Dodge is tainted. This kind of experience has lead me to believe I’ve made a mistake in taking a chance with this company and my money would have been better spent elsewhere. Here's the issue I’ve dealt with: After buying the truck, the next day the driver side window broke. Very simple thing to have fixed, however, I had nothing but excuses to deal with. They ordered the window, said it would be there next week on said day, when that day came, I called to ask if it had arrived, no-one knew what I was talking about. So we tried again, they said it would be there the next week on said specific day, I called and they said it got delayed. It'll be there next week on said specific day. I get a call days later saying it has arrived. So I show up on that day, which is today 02JUN2021, to drop off my truck and let them fix it. Here's what I'm told, "The system says the window arrived, however, it did not." So I talk to the sales manager to figure out what's wrong. He agrees to have them take a window out of another vehicle and install it on mine, he says it'll just take a few hours, I tell him I'll be back before they close. I show up after work, and I'm provided with "Your truck is not ready, the part is on order and it'll be here tomorrow." Bad bad business when people don't do what they say they're going to do. I picked up my vehicle and will not be doing business with your dealership, I will never purchase from you all again. It kills me that I’ll drive far away if need be, to get anything done to the truck, just because I feel like it’s much better to avoid a place I’ve come to know as a place to not visit. I will be forwarding my experience to Dodge Corporation so that they know what kind of bad reputation is being gained from Carl Burger Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram World More
