As a follow up to my review on May 31st, after posting the negative review of my experience, the dealership stopped all correspondence. I attempted to contact then about several issues but no one would the negative review of my experience, the dealership stopped all correspondence. I attempted to contact then about several issues but no one would respond, the salesman, finance man even the sales manager and the dealer general manager. They all just washed their hands of the whole thing. The dealer wound up being so petty about it that they never even sent the paperwork in to Chrysler regarding the 3 oil changes they promised. They never even tried to address the issues or resolve them. I decided to drop the extended warrantee after learning I could buy the exact same policy for less than half the price and it would be thru Chrysler, not the outside insurer they placed it with. I could not get the dealer to respond so the insurer had to step in to get them to final the paperwork. I'm sure if the owners of the dealership knew about these type of situations they would deal with them differently, the big problem is you can't find them to contact them. More

Absolutely the worst customer service that I have ever had! My service advisor (Gabe) looked me in the eye, shook my hand and lied to my face on multiple occasions. I can't thank Gary Thiem, Preston Skinner and Brian Hackenberg enough for their services in getting me out of my old truck and into my dream truck. When they heard everything I had been through with it they pulled out all the stops and I am so grateful that they were able to take it as trade in and get me into my certified 2020 RAM 2500.
