Took my brand new car in for its first oil change and while waiting they came out to inform us that they rear-ended my vehicle with another customer's vehicle. 2 hours later we left being told it would while waiting they came out to inform us that they rear-ended my vehicle with another customer's vehicle. 2 hours later we left being told it would be taken care of by Aaron Shepard. After a week and no word from anyone we called. Amazingly enough a loaner vehicle is now ready for pick up the next day. We show up - no loaner is ready. They searched through 5 cars and tried to give us one with no gas. Oh it gets better......after a week they call to say my car is ready. I go to pick it up and nothing on the bumper where the damage is was touched. They were like, "the scratch on the side was fixed"....and of course I'm like what???? Aaron Shepard was not available as he left for the day. This is absolutely unacceptable. I do not blame the employee that rear-ended my car. Mistakes happen but Aaron Shepard's job is to make sure that they are corrected. He failed. More
Have called to speak to you and the manager Hendrick several times. No call back and you are never available. I was told to drop my car off on a saturday and the diagnostics would be done since it has s several times. No call back and you are never available. Horrific customer service. I thought it may be Justin, my advisor that is failing. But, after contacting others, its the entire department. I had 7 calls in to Justin with zero I thought it may be Justin, my advisor that is failing. But, after contacting others, its the entire department. I had 7 calls in to Justin with zero call backs in regard to status of my vehicle. Reception takes message, has excuse why they cant call, then says someone will call back, and they dont. When I did finally speak to Justin, he lies and says he tried to call me. Now, I just want to pick my H1 up because I dont want them touching it and they have another excuse that its not ready for pickup. So Day 4 waiting to hear when, and nothing. Complete joke for service. Stay away. I am sorry I bought my 2024 2500 Denali from them now. But I will never go back for service of any kind. Matt Hill More

The dealership was beautiful. It was clean and very welcoming. I came in with my daughter and two grandchildren. We were escorted to seats immediately and got to know our salesman Shami. He was a delight. He took his time with me and explained everything in a tone that he would use with his own mother. There are times that people can be condescending to older people but with Shami that was never the case. I came in for a service call but said I might want to look at something else because this car was costing me more than it was worth. Shami made it work without pressure. If I live long enough (chuckle, chuckle) then I will someday God willing purchase again from Shami. I would also like to tell you that the lady that answers the phone in the showroom was so helpful and accommodating with my two rambunctious grandsons. Josh in finance made everything painless and he is a treasure. I will be coming in and purchasing an extended warranty this month all because of my Josh experience. Now getting back to Shami! I hope that whoever reads this knows the gem of an employee that they have! Thank you, Donna More
Purchased our 2021 Buick enclave from them we also purchased the platinum service plan. Scratch and dent protection all the extras trying to get service for our air-conditioning that is broken. Tried to speak with a manager no managers are ever available. No one will call you back just the sorriest customer service I’ve ever had to deal with at any dealership. And as soon as you catch an attitude for having to deal with their sorry customer service they will for a fuse to work with you. What’s really crappy is when you purchase that service plan, it is only good at their dealership. No other GMC dealerships will honor their service plan. I highly recommend that you not waste your time with these people go somewhere else. More
