While my previous concerns were more manufacturer-related than dealership-related, the team consistently listened, cared, and did everything they could to make things right. A special thank you to Louis Leon and Tomaris Hill. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered every question with honesty, and provided expert guidance without ever making me feel pressured. Their professionalism, knowledge, and patience made a difficult decision much easier. I walked into the dealership expecting to simply browse my options, but the process was so smooth and efficient that I drove home in a new vehicle the same day. From the test drive to signing the paperwork, the entire experience took about four hours—the fastest and easiest car-buying experience I've ever had. The whole team worked together seamlessly and delivered exactly what I was looking for. If you're looking for a dealership and sales team that values its customers and provides a first-class buying experience, I highly recommend Carl Black. Thank you to Louis, Tomaris, and the entire team for making this such a positive experience. More

Made me feel like we've been friends for years! I went in looking at used cars and ended up driving out in a new 2026 TrailBlazer for a better deal!!! I've already recommended 3 people and told all of them to go see Tomaris. Can't forget to say thanks to the boss man Alex, Louis on the numbers, and Shamei in financing. I was in the process of helping my daughter and son in law purchase a vehicle. a week ago. The process started by Joaquin went well at first and then he failed to followup with us and kept putting us law purchase a vehicle. a week ago. The process started by Joaquin went well at first and then he failed to followup with us and kept putting us off for details about the submission of the credit report. He kept sayinf he would follow up and we never heard from him. I had to call the finance manager Shami, who was amazing. He got all the documents ready and we signed them digitally, which was our preference. Secondly the sales manaher, Louis Leon stepped in, apologized profusely and made some concessions for us. He lliterally saved the deal. He treated my family like royalty. If it was not for him we would have gone to another dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership. I believe the heart of the dealership is service and respect for buyers. They are also very fair in Pricing! Oick a good dalesperson and buy with confidence! Sonya L. Thompson More
