Horrific customer service. I thought it may be Justin, my advisor that is failing. But, after contacting others, its the entire department. When I did finally speak to Justin, he lies and says he tried to call me. Now, I just want to pick my H1 up because I dont want them touching it and they have another excuse that its not ready for pickup. So Day 4 waiting to hear when, and nothing.
