There are times that people can be condescending to older people but with Shami that was never the case. I came in for a service call but said I might want to look at something else because this car was costing me more than it was worth. Shami made it work without pressure. If I live long enough (chuckle, chuckle) then I will someday God willing purchase again from Shami. I would also like to tell you that the lady that answers the phone in the showroom was so helpful and accommodating with my two rambunctious grandsons.
