I received horrible customer service at the service department. They failed to update me on my vehicle and gave me no time frame on when it would be fixed. The soonest appointment that could be made wa department. They failed to update me on my vehicle and gave me no time frame on when it would be fixed. The soonest appointment that could be made was a month later, despite having purchased my vehicle new (and an extended warranty) with this dealership. I just received excuses. I picked up my car, unserviced, and drove it to another GMC dealership in town where I was treated with courtesy and my car was serviced promptly and with quality. More

Jack was very friendly. He handled my negotiation (lol) very well during the 4hrs that I was at the dealership. I did not trade my car in and he was nice enough to follow me home which was 40 miles away at very well during the 4hrs that I was at the dealership.
