He was ALWAYS responsive to my many questions over the time it took the car to get built, and while I admit, I was a difficult customer, Dwight always treated me with courtesy and most importantly, HONESTY. I left my car at Carl Black for a recall and the change of the brake fluid, James attended me and told me that it would be ready in 3 to 4 hours, I left it at 8 in the morning and I had to return to Carl B of the brake fluid, James attended me and told me that it would be ready in 3 to 4 hours, I left it at 8 in the morning and I had to return to Carl Black because No one called me, when I spoke to James again he lied to me and told me that my car would be ready tomorrow at 9 a.m. On Saturday morning I called and a lady answered that everyone was very busy but that they would call me soon, call again at 10, 11, 12 and they were still busy, nobody called me, so I went to see what was happening with my car and a young man told me that I had to pay double the money that James had told me. pay and go back and hope not to return to a terrible service.
