By clicking a couple of extra buttons that, honestly, I'm not sure other service individuals would have done, he discovered my car issues were all covered under 'extended warranty' and my out of the door cost was $0.00!!! That just does not happen! I want to comment Sean and the other service personnel that ensured 1st that I obtained a loaner vehicle and 2nd that my vehicle was repaired in record time. More
