Very what unprofessional dealership would not want to give me numbers of my monthly payments without pulling my credit. How am I supposed to know what I can afford if I don't even know what my payments w give me numbers of my monthly payments without pulling my credit. Secondly, the sales rep while on a test drive was judging a customer told me and my wife you see that customer there in front of the Corvette. You would never think he could buy a Corvette cuz he dressed like a bum but yet he did buy it. This is VERY unprofessional. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone I went down the street to a neighboring dealership and got professionalism and courtesy! Was even able to purchase a brand new vehicle! My truck is 2 years old with 30,000 miles and there were several warranty issues. When I arrived, they told me I would have to leave my truck for 3 to 4 days and they did not tell me this when I scheduled several warranty issues. When I arrived, they told me I would have to leave my truck for 3 to 4 days and they did not tell me this when I scheduled the appointment. I had to fight with them to get a loaner car which took 5 days to get, thus leaving me without a vehicle. They failed to provide updates, thus leaving me in limbo and calling to check the status every few days in which I was continuously told we don't know when your vehicle will be ready. The vendor used to replace my leaking back window also broke molding in my truck, thus I had to wait longer for the replacement molding. Almost 2 weeks later I go to pick up my truck, I walk in the service area where 10 guys are stand and not one of them says how may I help you. Then once I get someone's attention they hand the keys over to someone else to bring the car up and said He's good to go. I had to ask for paperwork and then ask if they did everything. They pulled the truck up with tape still over the back window, I asked is that still needed, no they just forgot to take it off. Very unprofessional and have no customer service, I will never take my truck here again. More

Terrible service dept . Dropped of truck with instructions that I think the bcm is bad . No marker lights working on the left side... $372 later still not working .. turned out it was a fuse .. o instructions that I think the bcm is bad .
