Worst sales experience I have ever had in my 35 years of buying vehicles. Purchased a truck that had dealer installed parts missing and was promised that I would receive them after the purchase but never g buying vehicles. Purchased a truck that had dealer installed parts missing and was promised that I would receive them after the purchase but never got satisfaction on receiving all of the items owed to me that were paid for as part of the purchase including having an IOU for the items. Wrestled with them for over 6 months with no satisfaction and finally purchased and installed the items myself. I will never buy a vehicle from them in the future. More

1-24-25 Hour and a half for oil change today. I watched 9 personal in the service center just sitting behind the desk absolutely not doing a dam thing. Besides just playing on their phones.
