We had it towed to Carl Black. From start to finish Josh kept me informed by text on the progress of the repair. It took 8 days because diagnostics, parts and completion of the repair. Previously I went to other Chevy dealers in the area for warranty work. Carl Black is the best. The truck only has 28,000 miles.
