I want to thank Carl black of Roswell in particular Matthew Hernandez for his loyalty in always finding me the right vehicle and his honesty on explaining every option out there when looking for one. T Matthew Hernandez for his loyalty in always finding me the right vehicle and his honesty on explaining every option out there when looking for one. There’s nothing like building trust with someone that doesn’t push you to buy something your not looking for just to sell something off the lot but someone that treats you like family and finds what you want and works with you with patience. Thanks again and hope to see you soon to make another deal happen! More

They truly went above and beyond the call of duty to help throughout the purchasing process - no pressure. Without a doubt, I was treated like valued customers and not just another number or sale. Thank you gentlemen for ALL of your help and assistance!! I definitely recommend Carl Black sales team (specifically Mr. Cruz, Mr. Garcia and Mr. Bowsher) to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle! Both times I This dealership is shady as they come. First off - I had a great experience with my sales rep Mitch. Hes a nice guy and good sales rep. Both times I have inquired about vehicles with intentions to buy they have raised the cost of the vehicle from the listing… not just a few hundred dollars or a grand but upwards of $8000 over what was showing on their website. I sent them a screenshot of the price they had show on their website and they said “it was never that price”. Not to mention they add in “accessories” fees on used vehicles that are completely stock and low ball you on trade in value. Ton of wasted back and forth. When we came to buy the car the second time - the dash wouldn’t work… though it had just had a “170 point certified inspection done on it.” The manager said he wasn’t going to hold it for us though until it was fixed because another customer could come buy it as is…. I even offered to place a deposit on it. Though we agreed on numbers and I had uprooted my family to drive a hour into the dealership to trade my wife’s car in I was told by the manager I needed to move forward with the purchase now before it was fixed or it could be sold by the time it was fixed and be put back on the lot… what a way to treat a customer trying to purchase an expensive vehicle from you. Edit- we have now owned this 2020 Yukon Denali xl for 6 days and the digital dash went out AGAIN. After Carl Black had advised they “fixed” it so we could move forward with the purchase. I am now out of state on family vacation and the digital dash cluster doesn’t work so we cannot see even see how much gas we have. I am having to take the car to a local gmc dealer out of state. The entire dash cluster needs to be replaced… Seems evident Carl Black didn’t want to fix the vehicle properly when the warranty was soon to run out within 2000 miles. They just wanted to sell the car, screw over their customer and had no regard in doing the right thing. SHADY. This is by far the worst dealership experience I have ever had. I hope they don’t stay in business as shady as they are. I can tell by all of the reviews most feel the same. More

My husband called them out on it the second time it happened to us and they denied it even though my husband has screenshots of the original price. After a couple of weeks they slowly lowered the price back to what it originally was. At this point, we went in to look at the vehicle. After a little bit of back & forth we came to an agreement both parties were comfortable with. My daughter & I drove an hour to come get the vehicle and when we arrived some of the features were not working. The manager had our sales rep let us know he’d get it looked at by the service department the next day but if we didn’t buy it right then he could sell it to someone else. (Who tries to sell a defective $60,000+ product to someone). We told them we weren’t comfortable with that but could put a deposit down-they said no. Not once did the manager come speak with us despite this issue. We ended up purchasing the vehicle after they fixed the issue & now the dealership is refusing to give us a temporary tag which I have never heard of a dealership doing. More
This has been the worst dealership that I have ever had to work with. I purchased a 2014 Buick Encore and two week after purchasing I went to gas station and when I return to my car it would start. I've to work with. I purchased a 2014 Buick Encore and two week after purchasing I went to gas station and when I return to my car it would start. I've had this car less that two months now and have had ti have it jumped started 5 time including replacing the battery. I have reached out to the dealership manager Jon Roberson and have yet to receive a call back from him. I have spoke with Sam Garcia an several occasion and all I'm hearing is that he will get with Jon to try to get me out of my car, but no response from Jon at all. I guess my only alternative is to take them to court for the selling of a lemon. High disappointed. What ever you do don't purchase from this dealership, nothing but the run around.. More
We bought a brand new 2023 Yukon Denali off their lot. In less than 24 hours, the back up cameras went out. While inspecting and trying to repair the Cameras, the service department damaged the inside of the Yukon. We were told by their service department that the damaged piece was ordered and had arrived in stock but the module for the camera was back ordered, and they would do both repairs at one time. Called today, nearly two months later ... the module is still back ordered, and we found out the damaged interior piece that we were told had arrived, had never even been ordered. On top of these issues ... now the remote start has gone out and the motion activated lift gate quit working. Since we bought the car two months ago, we have reached out to the GM Tod Baker several times, leaving message with the front desk and he has yet to respond or address our issues. Avoid this dealership at all costs, it's not worth it. More

Now they’re telling me it didn’t included the sensors. They offered to buy back the vehicle for $58K less than a year later with only 15K miles on it. More
Had a horrible experience at Carl Black in Roswell from salesperson Bobby, and Sales Managers John Roberson and Sam Garcia. I'm looking to buy either Yukon Denali XL or Cadillac Escalade ESV. Bobby proce salesperson Bobby, and Sales Managers John Roberson and Sam Garcia. I'm looking to buy either Yukon Denali XL or Cadillac Escalade ESV. Bobby proceeds to show me the Yukon and says to me in a very condescending tone "you know this is a 95,000 dollar car", I wanted to say duh! This will be my 3rd yukon, I make half a million dollars a year and live in a 1.5 million dollar home. I think I can afford this car if I'm looking at it. John was very disengaged, and Sam has yet to respond to my emails. I'll take my business elsewhere. More
Arrogance and dishonesty would be two choice words to describe my experience with Mr. Roberson and this is also AS A CURRENT CUSTOMER. I bought my past truck from him even though he just made it his job describe my experience with Mr. Roberson and this is also AS A CURRENT CUSTOMER. I bought my past truck from him even though he just made it his job to make the deal as prohibitive as possible. I went back to buy an 82k GMC Sierra 2500HD Duramax and all I received was an attitude from this man asking me why I even needed this truck. As if it’s my responsibility to justify to this clown why I’m coming into the Carl Black lot and threatening to fork over 80k+ on a truck. Instead, I was called on the phone by the staff; quoted MSRP to bait me onto the lot only to arrive and find $9k in absolutely valueless dealer add-on’s. When I offered to buy the truck without the garbage added to the sticker this clown just laughed and said no. Guess what, clown. I bought my truck. The same day. And I paid MSRP. You might not remember me, but I’ll remember you. And I’ll remember your dealership next time I threaten to spend 80-90k again. More
