Nice people till they get your money! Paid for Detail package that was supposed to be in the truck. Got home realized that it was not in the truck and immediately called. Paul said he would mail it too m package that was supposed to be in the truck. Got home realized that it was not in the truck and immediately called. Paul said he would mail it too my house. 28 days later and four more phone call and still not kit. Service manager was the last person talked to who assure me he had it in his hands and was sending it UPS that day. Still no kit. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They suck you in on all their gimmick, like free oil changes and so forth, and then you can only take it to the location you bought it at not one of their closer stores because supposedly they are independently owned. Stay away!! More

FRAUD WARNING!! Purchased a new 2020 GMC truck from this dealership and cannot get a tag. It has been a month and the dealership still has not mailed me the paperwork for a tag.
