So I call over to make sure the trucks still there before making the drive. John tells me the truck is still there and we discuss the trade in. Nissan Armada with some negative equity and looking to put money down. So the wife and kids make the drive with me. About 15 minutes away I get a call from John. Wants to know if I'm still coming because they were considering taking off early for the day. I tell him I'm right down the road and definitely still coming. So we get there and find the truck. I'm looking at it and all seems well. So we start talking money. I tell him I want to keep my payments at $200 a month. He laughs and says that's impossible on a $33,000 truck. I tell him that it's $29,900 online, and I have $20,000 to put down on the truck. He said that didn't sound right so he wanted to check with his boss, who I assume is the owner. I hear from his office "I guess we'll have to honor it but we're giving him bottom on the trade in to make up for it". Yeah...okay. The Armada isn't in the best shape, but don't punish the customer because you can't get your xxxx together. So we talking about the trade in and he tells me that the Armada isn't really in his wheelhouse, he only deals in diesel pickup trucks. A quick look at the lot shows a Toyota Tacoma, a Chevy Blazer, a Mustang...yeah, red flag number 3. Anyway, we then start talking numbers and he tells me even with 20k down its impossible. Okay, so I said "so show me other trucks. I'm not dead set on the 2008. What else do you have that's 4wd and 4 door?". He tells me that there's nothing on his lot that can make the deal work. Okay? Nothing, out of 100+ vehicles? I just drove an hour and a half because your employee seemed interested in the trade and you're practically walking me out the door. Never showed me another truck, never asked if I could go above $200/mo, never asked if I had more to put down. All answers, yes. I could have put more cash down, I could do higher payments and I was interested in other trucks. The owner of Diesel World in Plaistow, NH was clearly not interested in my business in the middle of the afternoon on a Sunday. For the record, on Saturday I was at a Ford dealer and we made the numbers work on a $32,000 F150. $200/mo with $20,000 down and my trade in. It's not impossible if you actually care to work with your customers. More
Scammers all the way, disappointed! Sought a used dump truck here...lousy idea. Salesman Frank, 1st doesn't know what he's talking about, 2nd lied straight to my face about his knowledge of the vehicle I bought, 3rd hid the title from me (which says odometer exempt) until I had paid my hard earned $$. Ken & Frank are liars & swindlers, you want an old time xxxx storm go to them. I wouldn't be surprised if they burned down their own building for insurance $$ Buyer beware More

The places I stopped didn't appear to know what they were talking about. Then I stopped at diesel world. When I pulled onto the lot I expected to be attacked by sales people, on the contrary they came out and asked if I had any questions I said I would like to look around first. to my surprise they left me alone to pick the truck I wanted. I had comparison question about the cummins, the duramax and the power stroke pertaining to torque and they had all of the answers. I also got a better rate using one of their credit unions than my own credit union was offering. All I can say is My wife and I had a great time buying a great truck that we could afford. Our employees are very rough on our trucks and need to replace one every year or tow and there will only be one place I go to in moving forward. Thank you Mr. Orlando and congratulations on being able to employee such a great team. Looking forward to doing business with you in the future. It won't be for a long time my F450 king ranch is perfect. Thanks guys Larry McCauley More
one of the worst experiences ever They agreed to a deal over the phone after meeting with them. Diesel world is a circus ! They Sold me a truck with a horrible warranty . Also they sold me an extended warranty. Problem is the extended warranty doesn't cover my truck due to They Sold me a truck with a horrible warranty . Also they sold me an extended warranty. Problem is the extended warranty doesn't cover my truck due to its high mileage. The mileage(on the day of purchase) exceeds the maximum mileage that the contract requirements allow . So from day one I have not been covered under the extended warranty (that I paid for) because it was declined without my knowledge . Luckily I called the company that holds the contract and they informed me that my contract was declined due to the high mileage of the vehicle . Now the problem is that diesel world will not admit that my contract is declined . "Your covered "they say! Now I'm forced to have the contract holders send me a notarized letter that proves I'm not covered just so I can get my full refund . Diesel world is obviously trying to prolong this as long as possible and as difficult as possible. This is Defiantly one of the worst experiences that I have had buying a used vehicle . My main compliant is The fake or invalid contract that they sold me which they are now prolonging the refund process while feeding me xx . There has been some small issues like when they told me my truck is all set and ready for pick up when in reality I drive an hour to the dealer just to find my truck still in there service bay with the inner fenders still removed . With that all aside my experience with customer service has been extremely different ever sense my check cleared into their account. Before they seemed to want to jump through hoops for me just to make a sale, but now they do anything in there power to avoid me . So here's my review. More
