I would have given you a better rating but Francesco from Finance treated us rather poorly. Even argued with us, tried to assume we were stupid. Didn’t like that we fought back on unnecessary charges on a us Finance treated us rather poorly. Even argued with us, tried to assume we were stupid. If it weren’t for him this deal would have gone straight to the trash like Francesco’s attitude. I’d recommend a talk with him about manners and how to treat people kindly and with respect.
