My recent experience with this dealership was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome and unvalued as a customer. The staff members were condescending, unfriendly, a short of disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome and unvalued as a customer. The staff members were condescending, unfriendly, and downright rude. Instead of listening to my needs and concerns, they tried to make me feel stupid by gaslighting me and treating me like an inconvenience. What really stood out to me was how untrustworthy they were. They tried to push me into purchasing a car that didn't meet my needs, and they were not transparent about the costs associated with the purchase. They even tried to sneak in additional fees and charges, hoping that I wouldn't notice. Overall, I would give this dealership a failing grade for their terrible service and lack of integrity. They clearly do not value their customers or care about their needs, and they are more concerned with making a quick profit than building a long-term relationship with their customers. More

Very deceptive people. They promise telephonically low prices and even to drive car to your home, purposely avoiding texting it so we do not have proof. Came in early on a Saturday for an Oil Change. Zach, the Service Advisor was nice and had me checked in quickly. The service was performed quickly and I was headed back home in no time! My CX-5 wa Zach, the Service Advisor was nice and had me checked in quickly. The service was performed quickly and I was headed back home in no time! My CX-5 was even cleaner when I left then when I had arrived, from a car wash! Great Customer Service! More
