PHM makes deals to keep you as a customer happy and returning. I am one of those customers that keeps coming back. I wanted to upgrade to a new CX-70 and I went in with the expectation that we would not be able to make a deal. They went out of their way to make it happen. I got to say thank you to Steven for crunching the numbers, to Sean for the willingness to find the right fit, to Ernesto in finance, and most of all to Alvin Pizano for his great deal of patience, knowledge of the brand and for going the extra mile for everything to fall into place. My son bought a 2024 Mazda 3 hatchback today. I went with him for moral support. Juan was our salesman, Semaj was the manager. They tag teamed together to keep us busy. Both were very nice, but played the game like most car salesmen. Jose was the finance manager who Semaj kept going back to so we could get "a better deal" While we were happy with the end result, knowing we had to keep on our toes or get screwed is stressful. How did we know they (Mazda dealership) was pulling a fast one? They tried to throw in a "covid fee" xxx!? Apparently since covid new cars are hard to get, so they try to charge a "covid fee"! There was a brand new Mazda 3 sitting right there! We weren't stupid enough to get vaccinated or wear a mask, we sure aren't going to pay a fee! It was waived. I looked all through the paperwork to make sure it wasn't hidden somewhere else. In the end, my son got the deal he wanted and walked away happy. we recommend this dealership and Juan, Semaj and Jose, just do your research and watch out for unnecessary fees.

Ulysses Gaytan was the worst service advisor Ive ever been served with. On Dec, 12, 2025 I went to this dealership for 5k maintenance service. And paid $1600 for the whole repairment. 2 weeks later, the check engine light was on, so I ad to drive back this past Monday. Ulysses does nothing but only taking photos of the vehicle, and didn't even estimate how much will it cost for theservice, instead keep saying it won't be charge so far. Once the vehicle was ready he said that he will have to charge us for the gas cap loosen, originally $225, but he discounted to $150. I asked why. He said it's not someting they did while the repairment, but it's we did something that caused the light on. Until I asked him to get me the supervisor for a better clarification then he discharged the service. I hope the dealer take serious action and look into this occasion deeper, due to his serving attitude was completely ridiculous and unprofessional.
