This has been the first dealership I have ever been to where I felt they are honest and sincere people. When I walked in, the place was packed with customers and everyone was speaking to a Honda Represent where I felt they are honest and sincere people. He did not rush me. He listened to the things in a Honda that I wanted, asked me the proper questions to pin point the right car at the right price for me. When this dealership says " No Haggling", "No Gimmicks", "The Best Price The First Time"...THEY MEAN IT!! I am still in shock of the wonderful car buying experience I had from this dealership. They also go above and beyond, with my new car purchase, I received a 10 year/120,000 mile warranty for no extra charge! I highly recommend this Dealership!!! More

Jeff Dimmock is a fantastic member and representation of your team! From the beginning of my experience in leasing my Pilot, Jeff was professionally responsible and attentive to all of my needs. He has gone out of his way on multiple occasions to assist me with questions about setting up features on the Pilot, car maintenance advice and most importantly when I was in car-crisis mode. Today, I locked both sets of keys in my car and had to leave it at home and get a ride to work. I called Jeff to ask about any type of road side assistance that Honda may offer, and although there isn't a formal program in place, Jeff took it upon himself to assist me. He had a key made for me to unlock my door, and hand delivered it to me at work. He did this all within an hour of me calling him! Thinking I was simply calling for advice, this personal, caring service turned what started out as a bad day into a bright, cheerful one, validating that once again Jeff Dimmock and Cardinal Honda proved to be a company with high standards that far exceed anything I have experienced before. I was getting a Honda. After speaking with Sandy, we test drove a 2013 Civic and a 2014 Accord. I went with the Civic for several reasons. Price. Sportiness. Economical. Mileage. I am no longer hauling kids around, so this is a perfect car for me. Matt in finance was a breath of fresh air in dealing with. He explained everything and much to my delight, there were NO hidden fees. A shear delight. My overall experience was very good and I will highly recommend Cardinal to anyone who will listen! The salesman (Robert Guffey) was very knowledgeable, considerate, patient and kind. On subsequent visits, he has been very helpful providing guidance to other areas of the dealership when I required further assistance and advice/help regarding the maintenance of my vehicle.
