Walter did not pressure us into buying a car -- he sat down with us and asked us about our preferences in a car. I told him I kind of wanted a pale blue car this time around, and he told me the new cars didn't come in a light blue color, but a more deeper blue. Then he let me test drive a beautiful "leased" car, which just happened to be a light "metalic" color. From the time I sat in the car, I fell in love with it. It had all the bells and whistles I really wasn't looing for, but they were there. After giving it considerable thought, we discussed price and it was right in my price range. I am thrilled with the car as well as not being pressured by Walter. More

Being new to buying a new (used) car, I needed extra care and guidance with this process. Scott gracefully walked me through the loan process and car features to ensure I understood what this great purchase entailed. He was extremely helpful and friendly when answering any question I had. I never felt pressured by Scott to commit to the car, as most people do when they visit other dealerships. Throughout the next 3 years of owning this car, every time I brought it in for oil changes, Scott took the time out of his day to chat with me about how I am doing in school, with work, and always asked about the well being of my dog and Mother. I found it very humble of him to remember such details of me, being I am just one of many costumers. This past year I returned to Cardinal Honda to purchase a newer Civic, of course I asked for Scotts assistance. He was just as helpful to me as he was during my first experience. I felt I can trust him and he would not steer me into a vehicle I did not like or cannot afford. When it comes time for me or anyone I know to purchase a car, I will strongly recommend going to Cardinal Honda to see Scott because I believe he is one of the best car salesmen around. More

Overall, it was the easiest purchase of a car I have ever experienced. Everything took just 24 hours and the ride home was far better than the ride to pick up the new car!
