If you are credit challenged be ready to feel like an outcast and ostracized. Unprofessional sales staff with very little to no customer service skills at all. i had the pleasure of dealing with a Trev outcast and ostracized. Unprofessional sales staff with very little to no customer service skills at all. i had the pleasure of dealing with a Trevor to whom i quickly became an annoyance and nuisance once he discovered my credit wasnt the best, even though i went in there with my own financing, substantial down payment, car chosen and willingness to buy. He commented how surprised he was at my ability to acquire a loan at all. Epic!!! More

Terrell Donaldson was very pleasant to work with... I drove 6 hours from Wisconsin to see a Grand Cherokee Overland for my Fiancé.
