Called in to verify that they still had the vehicle I was interested in and made an appointment to see the vehicle since I lived 1.5 hours away. Total of 3 hours driving waisted as their word in no good! Looking at the reviews of this dealership I see this was a blessing in disguise. Wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. More
Avoid This Dealership – Learn from My Costly Experience! I took my 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 to this dealership on December 28 due to the well-known transmission issue affecting this model year. On January 3, I I took my 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 to this dealership on December 28 due to the well-known transmission issue affecting this model year. On January 3, I was informed that they had just ordered the transmission. Three weeks later, they told me it could take up to three months for a replacement. As of now, my truck is still sitting at the dealership with no estimated fix date. Then things got even worse. I received a call—not from the dealership, but from the Belleville police— informing me that my truck had been left on cinder blocks and my 22” wheels had been stolen while it was parked at the dealership. When I called the dealership to ask why the police notified me before they did, they had no clear answer. When I asked how they planned to resolve the theft, their response? "File a claim with your insurance." This dealership failed its duty of care and now wants to avoid responsibility. I guess they forgot about their garage keepers insurance. 🚨 DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! 🚨 If you value your vehicle and your wallet, take your business elsewhere. Their poor management is costing customers time and money. GMC Corporate, Regional Management, and the Better Business Bureau have all been notified. More
They sold us a car that did not have a spare tire. Never told us it did not have a spare and we found out in the worst way! In addition pushed us to try and buy extras that we did not want. I had a terrible experience with Cardinal Buick GMC. Initially, I took my car there for diagnosis of some issues and was quoted for both parts and service to fix them. I paid for the repairs, and they provided written confirmation that the issues were resolved. Just a few days later the same problems reappeared, but even worse. When I returned to the dealership, they charged me again for another diagnosis, which revealed the same issues as before. It was clear they hadn't fixed anything the first time even after written confirmation my vehicle was no longer misfiring. They quoted me again for the same work without offering any discount or acknowledgment of their previous failure. If you couldn't service the car right after the first diagnosis, why would I trust you to do it again without having issues? Ultimately, I lost trust in Cardinal Buick GMC and had to pay to have my car towed to another dealership. The entire experience felt unprofessional and as if they were simply trying to get as much money from me as possible. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice. More
Bought a used Nissan Frontier, they put a new battery in. Found out later it was the wrong one, and they used electric tape instead of replacing a bad coroded cable. Paperwork screwed up, they didn't properly outline my trade in for the title application. Lost credit for my trade with Missouri sales tax. Only 1 key, waited until delivery to tell me. Bought the truck with cash, and they were rude about that. They tried to make me pay my Missouri sales tax upfront, which I shouldn't have to when I don't have a loan. Waited FOREVER for paperwork, and then they tried to cram a warranty on me that was almost as much as the truck I bought. The whole place seemed slimy. And they have sales reps that are barely out of high school! One wonders why they can't get seasoned professionals in the car biz to work here. My advice... stay far, far away. They crammed Nitrofill add on to the price, and the price sheet as covered by the sales manager was confusing as could be. They try to confuse you, hide in extras that aren't shown on the website, and then do everything possible to slam warranties and more add ons in the finance office. BTW, the sales girl, Addison was nice. Can't say the same for the others who work there and run the place. More

I bought a car from Cardinal Buick in June. My car's transmission blew three months after I bought it. It was a brand new 2024 with only 2700 miles. Cardinal has been no help at all. They dismiss us anytime we call them. They only care about making the sale. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. More
