Craig was able to get a new cl Purchased an 06 TL right before Thanksgiving. Went for the test drive and noticed the clutch wasn't working properly. Craig was able to get a new clutch and flywheel installed in a few day for the same price, and put together the work order and carfax for me to print off at home. Overall Craig made this a great experience and I would recommend this dealership. My one complaint was the gentlemen in the back office that was trying to sell me a warranty. He was a little pushy and made the end of my first car purchase a little uncomfortable. Thanks Craig for everything C More

But we got a great deal, we were able to take the truck for a test drive over lunch so we could discuss how we felt. They worked with us on every level, everyone was very professional. And we really felt like we were at home while we were at the dealership. Seriously, I go a lot of places where I get dirty looks because my kids can't sit still, but here, they acted like it was an everyday occurrence, so for that, I am VERY grateful. Our only complaint was that we had a scheduled appointment and they seemed unaware of it, but they quickly made up for that with everything else. So thank you James and everyone else at Elite Motors! Audi S8 Few days ago I bought an Audi S8 from Elite. I must say car is in immaculate condition. There is a small issue with the rotors and wheel hubs but that is the previous owners fault.I am a very picky person when it comes to cars. I have owned 5 Audi's and I know those cars very well. Anyways, I was dealing with James Schaefer, a great guy, a great salesman, no pressure, and always happy to help. I would refer him to anyone looking for a car. We started negotiations and after a few hours of going back and forth I received a $500 discount and set of winter tires with rims to go with the summer tires and rims already on the car. The car was already priced at a low rate when compared to trade in values so I feel it was a good deal considering I live in a high snow area. I had an overall great experience and I do recommend this dealership. As a side note when I arrived at the dealership there was a guy bad mouthing them and saying they are a rip off. When I asked him what happened he told me they had given him terrible tires on the car. Well in my opinion if you know how to check tires then you would not be upset. More

I LOVE shopping for a car until I get to the point of actually having to talk to a salesman. Typically, I take anything they say with a grain of salt. James was completely different to deal with. I enjoyed talking to him. I valued what he had to say and the final details of the purchase were a breeze. The brand of car I purchased is not on the list below. I purchased a Tesla. Tesla isn't listed. I am choosing BMW because that is what I traded in. More
