I feel like that is a dishonest way of doing business. Just be upfront and say, “no we no longer have that vehicle, but here are some other options.” By telling me it was available in a voicemail you lost my trust. 03 BMW 745LI CRAP I am writing this email due to the fact I have had my car since March 18th and it has been in the shop since March 20th.......... When i first came ho I am writing this email due to the fact I have had my car since March 18th and it has been in the shop since March 20th.......... When i first came home I put my car through MD inspection of course it did not pass, needed 2 rear tires, sticker off front window, parking lights replace, and Air Bags did not work in car which was a major issue..... My cost to just get it through MD inspection was a total of $1356.98.. REALLY how crazy is that. I spent over 9000.00 to just buy the car and put 4500.00 down on the car in cash to then have to put another 1356.98 in the car to just get it through MD inspection. Once I completed the MD inspection i didn't make it out of the shop driveway and my car died, HUH!!! they towed it back to shop to tell me now it needs a alternator, which by the way runs over 650.00 for the part and about 500.00 just in labor so another 1500.00 into this car that i have only drove 1 day since i bought it March 18th how crazy is that. I have called your dealership when this first started and of course no help at all, just a check for 200.00 dollars was sent to me well that just paid for my tires i needed that it. I have called several times to let you guys know the problems i have been having and of course no help. I called today to let you guys know about the alternator and of course the person who answers states "I should of bought a warranty" Are you kidding me he tells me "I should have bought a warranty", well maybe you should of sold me a decent car and i wouldn't have to worry about these things. I am so frustrated about this matter I buy a car from you guys and you sell me a lemon and then get no help from you guys.... Plus as i look over the paperwork today, the car was listed for 7995.00 but you put on my paperwork 8995.00 that why i ow so much on my car left...... I will be posted not good reviews anywhere I can. I will def let people know how much of a crappy dealership you are...... Your cars are junk. I already called the bank and told them everything about how this car is junk i also told them if this car does not get resolved I will not be paying for this car either. CarStar ordered the part and I paid for half the price - they installed it themselves. I was like WOW!!! Thanks CarStar! PS I recommend getting some type of extended warranty on any used car. They got me a good deal on warranty. More

We came in last Monday to trade our Corvette for an F-150 FX4! We loved the truck we found on Carstar website, Carstar was persistent and called us several times to follow-up. Our Corvette meant a lot to us, but it wasn't getting out much and we missed having a truck. we left with a smile and a last glimpse of our girl (you know, the Vette), knowing we had started another chapter and that the Vette would find a new, excited owner soon! DO NOT BUY FROMT HEM We were looking for a used car to get us through a move. We found one at this dealership that we could pay cash for. The sales person told him he had driven the vehicle, it drove great, it had been detailed etc, but my husband could clearly see the VEHICLE WAS IN THE EXACT SAME SPOT BLOCKED BY THE EXACT SAME CARS it had been the day before. Should have walked away then. We went the next night with CASH. They automatically assumed the vehicle was being put in my husband's name but no it was to be in mine. After sitting in the dealership for more than 2 hours with our 5 yr old granddaughter in tow, we were finally told that someone dropped the ball and the vehicle never got inspected. Yada yada yada yada....SHOULD HAVE WALKED AWAY THEN! They had my money! I should have walked away. The replaced the brakes and rotors but did so on a used bearing...supposedly inspected vehicle, NO WAY WOULD HAVE PASSED WITH NEARLY BALD TIRES......told us it would be tuned up.....WHY WAS THE OIL STILL BLACK......Promised a full tank of gas for the trouble because not only was the vehicle not ready when it was supposed to THE 2ND DAY my husband had to wait 2 more hours before the vehicle was finally ready. if they really did a Virginia State inspection and a tune up, even being a woman, I would have figured they'd realize it might not pass AN EMISSIONS INSPECTION THEY NEVER INFORMED ME HADN'T BEEN DONE AND I WOULDN'T GET THE PLATES UNTIL IT WAS.....which it didn't pass and while they won't FIX IT they are more than willing to keep their mechanic there LATE to tear it apart and tell us why it won't pass...... I bought a car from this dealership (without getting it checked out, my mistake for sure). They sold me on the vehicle and refused to give wiggle room on the vehicle as it was close to KBB value. Great I'm getting a good car at value, (or so we thought)! My first warning was an engine light two days later, 2nd warning get is that we couldn't pass the omissions test due to a missing part. Haha a missing part isn't the worse problem. A week later we got it checked out and there was a cracked in the transmission, and a seal broken behind the transmission. So there was a recorded, checked by two separate locations, repair cost around of $8000-9000. This is on top of my 7200 loan not counting cash I paid as a down payment to the dealership. Absolutely terrible, meanwhile my family had to deal with this while I was away. Pregnant wife and two toddlers trying to figure out what to do, wife called CARSTAR and got the real quick reply of as is. PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE. 3 THINGS TO REMEMBER: 1. Carstar gives no f $!@S about you just the dollar, so get your vehicle checked out before purchase. 2. Don't post a review until you've had the vehicle a month at least, they offer you a gift card or cash for a 5 star review before you leave. You don't believe me look at every 5 star review on all sites haha, hustlers to the core. 3. Don't surrender so quick to the availability look around there are many dealerships that I want to do business with you. More
