CarNova sold us a piece of junk for $21,000...they claim free shipping yet charged us $1300 under their "processing fee"...made us pay to ship the car back at $1500...we are now out of $2800 and CarNova didn't spend a penny in this transaction....in fact, the junk is back up for sale currently on their website! Poor customer service, no return phone calls and lots of excuses why to keep your $$$!
