I’ll keep it short. Ultimately I bought the car because I needed a car but the pictures online were extremely deceiving. There was a bunch a damage around the car and a small crack in the windshield. They didn’t do anything to help out with the dents and scratches on the car. They just washed it as if that would fix it. The sales person was nice but come on Carmax. Stop doing this to people. The pictures online were very detailed but didn’t show any dents or scratches so it obviously happened after the pictures unless you uploaded old photos. Either way very shady. Do better. In this day and age it’s so hard to find honest people and dealerships. I’m human just like you. I work just like you. So understand my frustration. Like I said before I ultimately bought the car because I needed a car that day. Again the sales lady was amazing. Could’ve asked for a better person to work with. I know she’s just doing her job. She made the experience better and improvised well to make us feel better about the purchase. Great listener. She explained things well but I feel taken advantage of. Dios te bendiga. More
