First after paying to have the SUV to Illinois, we were informed they didn't have a good t Frustrated with organizational efficiency. Three examples. First after paying to have the SUV to Illinois, we were informed they didn't have a good title and had to order one from the state. This delayed us getting the SUV by 3 weeks. I would think a dealer would verify they have a good title before offering it for sale. Second, It took for ever to get the paper work done. It was a very simple cash deal with a pre-approved trade-in. should have been done in an hour. Instead it took 3 and 1/2 hours. The store was fairly quiet on a Monday night. Everything was "just 20 more minutes. This happened 10 times. Need to improve their efficiency. Third and the MOST frustrating thing, after leaving we realized that they only gave us ONE KEY FOB. This was never mentioned in the sales offer or by the salesmen. When we contacted the dealer, the service manager said it was on us to buy a second key fob on our own and costing us $500.. This doesn't sound ethical to me. What car doesn't come with two key fobs. Ford provides Two on new cars, Carmax should make sure that customers gets two keyfobs. This is a SAFETY issue. The service manager was very dismissive of our concern. NOT good customer service. More

I had started the process of trading my car for a more current model online. I submitted all the proper documents and received an estimate for my trade in. Once I arrived for my appointment, I had to wait about 30 minutes. Dan was my salesman and wonderful! My trade in was the same value as online. The car I wanted was there and in the same condition as noted on the website. The process was smooth, but still took awhile. I left with my awesome new car and a great experience. I highly recommend Dan and the team at CarMax! More
