Belittled After researching for a certified Honda Accord for several months and finally found the car that had all the things I desired on your website. I visit After researching for a certified Honda Accord for several months and finally found the car that had all the things I desired on your website. I visited the Charlotte NC and worked with Mac Craig who was able to have it transferred to the local location from Georgia. I walked into your location Sunday ready to purchase the vehicle with my own financing. When I inspected the vehicle immediately I noticed the floor mats were completely off colored and nonfactory mats. I spoke to the sales representative Mac Craig to request replacement of the original floor mats due to the lock safety feature that prevents the mats sliding or blocking the brake or accelerator. After discussing this concern with Mac, he insensitively told me there isn’t anything he could do. I escalated it to the sales manager Greg Burris, who left me with the impression that $150 carmats should have no bearing on my decision to purchase the vehicle. Unfortunately, being a schoolteacher a $25k purchase is more than half of my year’s salary. Maybe not to a corporation such as yourself but to me - yes it’s a big deal, I really didn’t feel my feelings or concerns were valued or even considered. I was left with an “Oh well” attitude and coincidentally I left without purchasing the vehicle. I was referred to Carmax due to my friend’s wonderful experience yet I felt horrible as I walked out the facility. More
