All was excellent except day following sale found all four tires had faulty valve stems. As I went to leave when the car was brought around from the service areas, the dashboard was displaying a low tire four tires had faulty valve stems. It was inflated by the service department but, returned the next day and the service place I went to discovered all were bad. Upon departure from CarMax, the tires were actually showing slight over inflation so I suspected something might be up. I did not have the time to delay things, liked the car, and was willing to deal with a tire problem. Chose to just leave and see what happened. Had to finish quickly. It was late afternoon. Was paying with a cashier's check. Was dismayed that, for a brief time, thought the deal would be delayed for previously not mentioned requirement to verify the authenticity of the cashier's check. For a few moments, was afraid brokerage firm would not be reachable but, fortunately, our personal broker picked up the phone. Didn't appreciate not knowing that, in advance. We have purchased several cars from Kenosha, one from Hillside, one from Naperville, and two from Schaumburg. More

Everything was good with my purchase. I had concerns with my folding key, but I was assured it would be reviewed by service. After many calls I still have not heard back!
