The salesperson didn’t know much about the car itself. It would be nice to have a salesperson who knows more about card. This Sorento was priced right and in fantastic condition except for all the bugs that were stuck to the rear of the vehicle from the trip up from Florida. I knew from reading the reviews that CarMax does not give you decent money for your trade-in and the reviews were absolutely correct in this particular instance. A local Kia dealership gave me $1200 more than the CarMax offer, so CarMax did not get my trade-in. Don't get me wrong, the process of purchasing this vehicle was trouble free and smooth. There were just a few bumps in the road... as they say. I would recommend this CarMax of Algonquin. More
