Warning! !!!!!! If you do not live close to somerset or Louisville, this location will be your only option for repairs. I have a 2021, Kia Seltos (horrible ca !!!!!! If you do not live close to somerset or Louisville, this location will be your only option for repairs. I have a 2021, Kia Seltos (horrible car), and has been in the shop for roughly 4 months, between the engine replacement, anti theft detection, O2 sensors, piston replacements, etc. Not only has this location never been helpful in those situations, they were incredibly apprehensive to assist customers. They operate about 3-4 months out for all services, so if your AC runs out in the spring, kiss your summer goodbye because you won’t see that car until the fall. Along with that mountain of mishaps, the service managers policy in regard to a loaner, renal, or other form of transportation is “figure it out, everyone else does. I have multiple vehicles so it wouldn’t be a problem for me.” I absolutely cannot imagine ever owning another Kia almost exclusively because of this location, and that’s beyond the fact that my Seltos has been constantly in need of repairs or on the verge of exploding. You will be without transportation, lied to and taken advantage of. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE A 90 DAY NOTICE THAT YOUR VEHICLE IS GONNA BREAK DOWN More
