Car Town Kia USA is the absolute best car dealer I have ever worked with. My last 3 vehicles were from them and I truly loved my Kia Soul and I traded it for a Kia Sorento, big mistake. I then traded it for a Telluride and I love it!! They have the best customer service, the best salespeople ever! JP Hunt made his first sale to us. And now he’s the general manager. We made up our minds that we’d never do business with anyone else again. Then there’s Tyler Deas and DJ Roark! They are the BEST!! I bought my car there and I love it. The service was ok. I had to have my transmission replaced but I made an appointment for diagnostics and a full 54000 mile check. I didn’t hear back from them at all for almost a week. I had to call several times to find out about the transmission. They got it done in a few days after I called. I only got an oil change instead of the full check over though that I had the appointment for. Idk if they just didn’t want to do anymore or what. More
