I took my KIA Soul there to have the anti theft device put on and fix 3 other recalls on my car. This place was so clean, the staff was very kind and ensured me that my car was in good hands. Initially, I put on and fix 3 other recalls on my car. This place was so clean, the staff was very kind and ensured me that my car was in good hands. Initially, I was going to have to leave my car there overnight so I had my husband take it and drop it off. As soon as my husband dropped it off I got a text from Payton who was my KIA Advisor, she stated “Hi! This is your advisor Payton at Car Town Kia. Let me know if you need anything. You can text me at this number.”. That made me feel so much better and I just knew then that my car was in good hands. About 5 hours after dropping it off I sent Payton a text asking if she knew what time my car would be ready for pickup on the following day. She checked with the technician and they wasn’t sure on an exact time. However, an hour later I received a call stating my car was down and ready to be picked up. Not only did they do a wonderful job at installing the anti theft device, they washed my car, checked all of my tires as I told them one of my tires has a slow leak, checked my brakes and everything. I got to pick up my car earlier than anticipated, it was clean, and they provided me with a paper that had a breakdown of everything they did while it was there. They also provided me with a report on my tires, shocks, oil and fluid levels etc. They checked my whole car and ensured everything was up to par! I’m very happy with the service I received and I will most definitely be bringing my car back there for maintenance, tires, etc! Thank you Car Town KIA! More
