During the first week of Oct 2013 I decided that it was time to trade in my care due to its age and frequent expensive repair bills. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and straightforward in talking to us about what was available in order to meet my requirements for a new car. He was able to work out a very agreeable and satisfactory contract with me. I strongly recommend Chris as a trustworthy and knowledgeable person to do business with wen you are considering trading or buying a car. More

My experience with Car Town Kia was a welcoming change from other dealers. The staff was fantastic. My husband and I were just "window" shopping as they say and wound up buying a vehicle which we blame on from other dealers. The staff was fantastic. I went in to service my 2011 Kia Sportage meanwhile we where waiting we went to visit the new cars. Lied to me saying the safety inspection was done. It was not! Sold me a Ford Edge with BALD tires. Dangerous BALD TIRES! I asked James many times if they were going to put them on, he kept replying the safe not! Sold me a Ford Edge with BALD tires. Dangerous BALD TIRES! Manger's all hide when I come in. I am driving around now with a BIG star on my truck from the Service Department saying "NEEDS TIRES" but the manager would not put them on!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP ... if you do BUYER BEWARE!!!! More
