No communication. It’s been a month since I had an oil change there. That day started with incorrect vehicle information in both an appointment reminder email and text It’s been a month since I had an oil change there. That day started with incorrect vehicle information in both an appointment reminder email and text I received from Kia. Later I was told(for the second time)my free unlimited oil change coupons wouldn’t be honored and also that a warranty I paid for was canceled. While the coupon “glitch” was corrected(hopefully) I was told the warranty problem was a probable clerical error and showed paid in full. Someone was to look into it & get back to me. Over a week later I finally got a voicemail saying it was cleared up but no explanation. I returned the call REPEATEDLY, playing a month-long game of phone tag with numerous supervisors/mgrs and still have no idea if this warranty will in fact be honored should I have the unfortunate situation of needing to use it. I’ve NEVER in the 3yrs of owning my car called this location and actually been connected to the person I needed. I did however get Lawrence(my salesman) EVERY time bc he gave me his cell phone#. Everytime I’ve dealt with the “Service” dept I’ve had some kind of trouble&even with a mgr on the first visit to the showroom with discrepancies in the price advertised on your website! This lengthy review is my last ditch effort to communicate with someone though I have little hope that it will be noticed either. I’ve been very patient with the repeated chaos there but this is NOT service. More

I had a wonderful salesman but.. I had a wonderful salesman (Jim), he tried everything to get me where I needed to be. But, once it came time to sign the contract it seemed like every I had a wonderful salesman (Jim), he tried everything to get me where I needed to be. But, once it came time to sign the contract it seemed like everything got twisted. This was my first purchase completely on my own. Age 22, and I was not aware of all the key things to look for. Needless to say, my mom had to come back to the store to discuss the contract with said person. Luckly, they fixed it. But, lesson learned.. LOOK AT EVERYTHING ON CONTRACT. When someone says something is 'included' - it really isn't. You are purchasing the extras. Just know what all to look for before heading that way. But, I did have an awesome salesman and an awesome guy help me find the best interest rate + payment option for exactly what I needed. I love my vehicle! More
Poor work I dropped my car off at 7:45am.. Was told my car wa finished at 11:30am and got a ride from a work associate. Car was not finished like they called an I dropped my car off at 7:45am.. Kia drove me back to work.. two hours later Kia picked me back up in rush hour traffic.. I received my car which was finished.. the next day I notice my airbag light is on and it was before. I will have to return my car now for them to fix this.. they worked in my steering wheel, I’m guessing they didn’t connect something back which ultimately disabled my airbag... Mike in service did a great job very pleased with him. More

Not happy cause a lot of stress I don't feel I was given the right up front information when purchasing the vehicle I asked them to check with my banks for interest rate which they d I don't feel I was given the right up front information when purchasing the vehicle I asked them to check with my banks for interest rate which they did not do my bank's interest rates were lower also they sent a check in that they were not supposed to send this was related with a insurance accident spoke to Kelly they did refund the overdraft fees but that did not cracked it making me look like a bad customer at the bank which I have never and all the years of doing business had to deal with overdraft I had money in the bank to transfer but was told by JP to not worry about the check he was going to hold it but you did not I just don't feel that the office staff is reliable More
