This review is not about the product, but rather the people. The people are friendly and what I'd describe as typical sales people. There is some pressure to make a purchase, perhaps before you're ready people. The people are friendly and what I'd describe as typical sales people. There is some pressure to make a purchase, perhaps before you're ready to do so. The good news about the pressure is that if you know what you want - you have some negotiating power and there's a chance you will get it. For me, the most disappointing aspect of my shopping experience was the knowledge of the employees about their products. I asked A LOT of questions, and didn't always get answers or didn't always get accurate info. After my transaction was complete, I ended up with more questions about a week into my lease and those questions were largely unanswered or not to my satisfaction. I was eventually contacted, but not using the desired medium and not without additional nudges. In the end, if I need to buy another new Kia, then I would return here as they haven't done anything serious enough to lose my business forever. More
