1st oil change July 31st --- Tire service Aug. 20th I bought my new 2018 Kia Sorrento March 29th = LOVE IT !!! I had an appointment for the 1st oil change on July 31st with a sent reminder of this app I bought my new 2018 Kia Sorrento March 29th = LOVE IT !!! I had an appointment for the 1st oil change on July 31st with a sent reminder of this appt.. The car had 3,600+ miles on it -- fast great service at no charge because of the warranty package I took. August 20th I took my car with no appointment because the indicator light had came on in the dash showing low pressure in right back tire . With very fast service they found a nail in it , fixed it also at no charge and I was on my way. Great friendly service people. More

Quick, efficient, and friendly Scheduled oil change. Super fast! Also purchased a new tire. I had one that had a puncture near the rim that couldn't be fixed. As for buying my vehicle.....awesome experience with Lincoln....he was kind, not pushy, very thorough.....but what I appreciated most was how he included my almost 13 year old daughter....she was impressed enough to mention how important he made her feel... and we all know how difficult it is to impress a teenager!!!
