Told my daughter they had her new car . Shes single mom with autistic kid on little over minimum wage . She drove 2.5 hrs they sold car then told her itd be $7000 higher and while she was aggravated and ti with autistic kid on little over minimum wage . She drove 2.5 hrs they sold car then told her itd be $7000 higher and while she was aggravated and tired from working all day they rope her into a 4 year older car and stick $2400 wareanty plus 5.5% interest and raise payment she wanted by $100-$150 plus longer term. If this is how company treats someone trying to overcome divorce and poverty God help anyone who buys from them cause they have no conscience to do this to someone and it wouldve been first car she ever owned. Her son had tia and autism. Shes had open heart surgery and epilepsy. The car she owned had 200000 miles and 19 years old. They did this to her at christmas. She has high anxiety when she gets upset and yet she drove car that scared her believing she was getting new car once in her life after abuse losing a kid. The tactics of salesman and finance people —-Beware people. What kind of people do this to someone. And they never asked for deposit to hold not one time. Anyone can say anything to make what they do seem right but it isnt . More
Liars from the start. Purchased a 'certified' used car (2018 Nero) and the extended warranty but of course the issue with my car (which had the engine light on already at purchase) magically wasn't covere (2018 Nero) and the extended warranty but of course the issue with my car (which had the engine light on already at purchase) magically wasn't covered. Trying to schedule the regular service checks are a nightmare; as NO ONE ever answers your phone at service extension. When we finally get an appointment to regular service we get charged $159 and denied coverage; plus apparently they didn't even to the regular service as the dash indicator was not even reset... and this all took over 2 days to get my car back. I will never buy a car from Cartown Kia again. More
The worst service I’ve ever experienced! I have serviced many different cars in my lifetime and the service center at Cartown Kia is, by far, the very worst. Their service WRITER’S seem ignorant and their t many different cars in my lifetime and the service center at Cartown Kia is, by far, the very worst. Their service WRITER’S seem ignorant and their technicians do not care about quality or doing proper repairs. I even visited their Oil Change Department (separate) and it was terrible. Please do not trust this dealership with your vehicle! More
Horrible dealership. They only answer the phone about half the time and when they do, you will end up in voicemail and noone will return your call. After about 5 attempts, finally got someone on the pho half the time and when they do, you will end up in voicemail and noone will return your call. Spoke to friends from work who all said they would never go here because of similar problems. More
Great service Jarred was the person I worked with the longest. He was very friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. He worked hard to try to get me the best deal that stayed within my budget. He and JP stayed almost an hour past closing, because of an issue with my insurance, to get the deal through. Jarred personally. delivered the car to my home the next day and has followed up a couple of times since then to make sure everything was working okay and to see how I liked the car. He seemed very genuine and sincere unlike other sales people I've dealt with in the past. JP and Chelsy were also very professional, courteous and helpful. However, I spent very little time with them Jarred and JP gave me lots of advice related to the vehicle as well as financial advice for the future. All in all, I am very satisfied with the great service I experienced. The car drives like a dream too. I will definitely refer family and friends if I learn they are in the market for a new vehicle.
