Salesman, sadness manager and the finance dept were awesome. We asked for a 2 car deal and they got us exactly what we wanted at the price we were willing to pay. No pressure dealership. awesome. Part of the issue I encountered was very misleading Kia website. A Rio S is 18,500 base, I wanted technology package that made price $20,300. I clicked the buy button and it says there are 3 cars that are "exact matchs" to my car I built. Car is listed as MSRP 18,500 and some fees /options that bump it up to about 20,500. Yeah looks good, it's the same car. At dealership, I got in car and was like "This is suppose to have a technology package and be push button?" Oh yeah depending on the factory they sometimes do that, it has the technology package. I did not question it as deeply as I should have, but I trusted them, actually testing the features I wanted I would need to go on highway in rush hour traffic. Then inside before I signed anything, I was like and your sure this has the technology package? It has lane stay, adaptive cruise control and everything? "Yeah it has all of that just it uses a key and not push button because of the factory.". Then sales manager before I sign payment stuff, I say again I am just concerned about the technology package, are you sure its there? He was on computer looking at the cars details doing paperwork, he said it has the technology package. I assumed he looked it up on computer. Well I signed papers, took it on Nicholasville rd, turned on cruise control and it does not have it have lane stay or adaptive cruise control. Turned around went right back, maybe I really am missing something and its there. First guy admits he said the car had it because he thought it did, but it clearly does not have it. He argued with me for like 30 minutes over it. Basically that boiled down to well, the car doesn't have it I thought it had it and sales people and finance manager thought it had it, but it doesn't. They say, So what do you want me to do about it, you paid for the car already? I asked if I could get the correct car with correct features. They said they do not have one and wont for months. Then I asked if we can cancel the deal if they can't do anything about it. So he gets finance manager, who says he just assumed it had the package, he never looked at the car to know. That I signed papers and the second I drove it off lot its all on me. My options are to keep car I bought, overpaid for because of features I was told it had. It is the reason I bought that car to begin with. So I ended up paying $21,000 for a $18,500 msrp vehicle. When I thought I was paying $21,000 for a $20,300 msrp vehicle. More

Chris Wingfirld is very rude refused to repair damage caused by the service department. Chris the service manager said "he didnt care what happened because a walk around had not been done before leaving caused by the service department. Chris the service manager said "he didnt care what happened because a walk around had not been done before leaving the lot". This was after the car had been there twice for repairs and damage was done both times. l will never do any business with a dealership that is incompetent or incapable of doing what is right and dont care. After driving our car to assess it for a trade, the dealer held onto our keys. We had to ask 3 different times for the keys back. Finally, I stood up & said we had to go. On the way over, the internet dealer held onto our keys. We had to ask 3 different times for the keys back. Finally, I stood up & said we had to go. On the way over, the internet contact told us the car was there. But when we got there, we were told the car had been sold but they had another they could show us. The salesperson said that the price was the same. Later he said he didn't know the price of the vehicle, that it was new on the lot. More

After my oil change was done I had to wait over an hour and when complete the paint person was going to look at my car. The service man comes up to me in the lobby and starts to yell at me if front of everyone telling me that "WE ARENT PAYING FOR THAT. YOU ARE GOING TO PAY FOR IT NOT US." I was embarrassed in front of the entire lobby of people. Then I was told by some women in the office to look at my car manual, This place is a joke!!! Never buy anything from them. If possible go to another Kia dealership. I will never give them a penny of my money again. More
Told my daughter they had her new car . Shes single mom with autistic kid on little over minimum wage . She drove 2.5 hrs they sold car then told her itd be $7000 higher and while she was aggravated and ti with autistic kid on little over minimum wage . She drove 2.5 hrs they sold car then told her itd be $7000 higher and while she was aggravated and tired from working all day they rope her into a 4 year older car and stick $2400 wareanty plus 5.5% interest and raise payment she wanted by $100-$150 plus longer term. If this is how company treats someone trying to overcome divorce and poverty God help anyone who buys from them cause they have no conscience to do this to someone and it wouldve been first car she ever owned. Her son had tia and autism. Shes had open heart surgery and epilepsy. The car she owned had 200000 miles and 19 years old. They did this to her at christmas. She has high anxiety when she gets upset and yet she drove car that scared her believing she was getting new car once in her life after abuse losing a kid. The tactics of salesman and finance people —-Beware people. What kind of people do this to someone. And they never asked for deposit to hold not one time. Anyone can say anything to make what they do seem right but it isnt . More
