I tried for 3 weeks to get an appointment, never got a return phone call. When finally talked to someone, it took way too long to get the appointment. I had an appointment at 9:00am, got there at 8:30, return phone call. When finally talked to someone, it took way too long to get the appointment. I had an appointment at 9:00am, got there at 8:30, for a simple oil and filter change and inspection. My car was not finished until 11:30. The wait was much too long. The people were nice and very polite but the wait was NOT acceptable. Please address this issue. My time is important too. I did not expect to lose a 1/2 day of work. More

There is no truth to what they say to get you to buying a car. They rush you and lie to you to buy the Extend Warranty. They might as well be part of those spam warranty call scams. I was told part of the warranty was part of the free oil changes. After looking at the contract I saw I paid an extra $500.00 for those oil changes. I paid way over sticker for the car I bought. Service Dept never returns phone calls. Trying to book an oil change and you have to wait 3 months. Impossible to get a service appointment by web site (all appointments taken) or phone (nobody answers, phone mail messages not returned). When my 15000 mile check up was complete, they did not offer to wash my car and they had not measured my tires or brakes for wear. I am very unhappy I bought this car. As I go deeper in this review you require the name of the person in the service department I worked with. I don't know and I don't think your reviewers should be required to do this. More
