Your parts department is very weak. Had a bad experience here every visit. First visit to order two parts, the female owner and a front lady were talking so loud thatci could barely hear the associate ordering my parts. Very rude and they could have taken that conversation elsewhere. It was about a ridiculous cash drawer that held $.24.00 and I am responsible for two parts totalling $747. I am not happy about this dealership, but i love my Kia Sportage X Line. Dealership needs to pay attention to customers and not a $24 dollar random cash drawer. Means nothing. 3 times they promise to call upon parts delivery. They are 0-3. They are xxxx

I had a wonderful experience this morning with Kevin in the parts department. It was my first really solid customer service experience there. Ordering two bumper parts just became more difficult than needed to be, and acquiring a trim paint code as well. Kevin was great and returnedcmy call promptly. Very professional experience
