I tried for 3 weeks to get an appointment, never got a return phone call. When finally talked to someone, it took way too long to get the appointment. There is no truth to what they say to get you to buying a car. They rush you and lie to you to buy the Extend Warranty. They might as well be part of those spam warranty call scams.
