Where to begin to review this dealership. We purchased a new 2022 Kia Niro in March 2022. They charged us $31,000 for the Kia Niro LX which had a msrp of around $25,000. At signing we were informed from the paperwork that the Niro was the LXS model. The title even states that it is an LXS but is actually an LX. We traded in the Niro for a new Buick Encore this past weekend. We were informed by the Buick dealership that we could get a refund on the Kia for the unused portion of gap coverage and extra warranty through Car town Kia. Car town Kia does not return phone calls or respond to emails. This is a common practice from this dealership as I have learned over the years. Do yourself a favor and do your research if you are looking to buy a new Kia and stay away from this dealership. There are far better dealerships in Northern Ky or Cincinnati, even Louisville. More
I was very pleased with my maintenance visit to Car Town Kia on Thursday July 27. The service rep was very friendly treated me like it should be. I had 2 grandkids with me so we were given a shuttle ride to MacDonalds to wait until my car was ready and then brought back to the dealership. More

It’s been almost a week that they have had my 2022 Kia telluride. The air went out. The service department is horrible. Had to wait 7 1/2 hours before I got a rental car to drive. The parts department is,horrible. No one runs tge department. One lady in front knows nothing. They never call you to tell you your parts have arrived.
