It’s been almost a week that they have had my 2022 Kia telluride. The air went out. The service department is horrible. Had to wait 7 1/2 hours before I got a rental car to drive. I just got our Kia Forte from Car Town Kia. I have never bought a vehicle before with such an easy and stress-free manner with the help of Jessica Yadai. The parts department is,horrible. No one runs tge department. One lady in front knows nothing. They never call you to tell you your parts have arrived. I tried for 3 weeks to get an appointment, never got a return phone call. When finally talked to someone, it took way too long to get the appointment. I had an appointment at 9:00am, got there at 8:30, return phone call. When finally talked to someone, it took way too long to get the appointment. I had an appointment at 9:00am, got there at 8:30, for a simple oil and filter change and inspection. My car was not finished until 11:30. The wait was much too long. The people were nice and very polite but the wait was NOT acceptable. Please address this issue. My time is important too. I did not expect to lose a 1/2 day of work. More

There is no truth to what they say to get you to buying a car. They rush you and lie to you to buy the Extend Warranty. They might as well be part of those spam warranty call scams. I was told part of the warranty was part of the free oil changes. After looking at the contract I saw I paid an extra $500.00 for those oil changes. I paid way over sticker for the car I bought. Nope never again. More
