Last service appointment, I tried for 2 weeks to get an appointment or even from them, but I have slowly watched the customer service slowly decline. Last service appointment, I tried for 2 weeks to get an appointment or even someone to contact me, I finally called my sales rep. This time, I had to book online, but I felt I couldn't leave what I wanted them to look at or service to complete. So, I had to leave a post it in my car, when it was dropped off early morning. Poor service as usual for years now--9am appt for oil change--took the car back at 10:09am today and out by 11:40am. This happens every time. Also once again tried to sell me things that did not need it and/or they already replaced recently--do you not read your own service records?! While going to another area to pay, tried to make a future appt---oh, wait, they don't do that anymore--they call a phone number to put you in the queue for a callback to schedule one. Do yourself a favor and do NOT come for service here--unless you like wasting hours at a time, getting inaccurate unreliable service, and paying for things you don't need. More
