I moved back to Lexington in Feb 2022 after 22 years in Nashville thanks to my Nashville job allowing work from home for employees. After I moved back in 2022 and got settled, it was time for oil change an Nashville thanks to my Nashville job allowing work from home for employees. After I moved back in 2022 and got settled, it was time for oil change and tire rotation service on my 2021 KIA Sportage and scheduled this APPT in MAR 2022 at Car Town KIA on Nicholasville Rd-Lexington, and I also needed my wipers looked at due to when they were on intermittent setting, the wipers would start going out of time across my window and they would stop middle of window, or at the top of the window. The service team at this location in MAR 2022 told me nothing was wrong with the wipers or intermittent setting, and sent me on my way, driving home in the rain that day with wipers that may or may not work. I then scheduled service at KIA in Louisville, and they immediately diagnoses the problem as needing the wiper motor replaced, which they did (covered under warranty). I have been driving to Louisville KY from Lexington to that KIA location for all service to be done on my vehicle. Today, December 5, 2023 I made the decision to give Car Town KIA Lexington-Nicholasville Rd another try as I was tired of driving to Louisville for vehicle service appointments, and I will say that this location has completely turned things around. I received GRADE A service today, and I would definitely recommend their service team to take care of your vehicle. I will definitely continue to use them for my KIA Sportage services. More
Worst service department ever. Called on Saturday November 25th to report that my 2017 Kia Sportage was having mechanical issues. Was told by Amanda that no service techs were available to talk to me but that she sent an email and someone would call back. Scheduled an appointment for Dec 28th over a month away. Called back and talked to Rachel after I had not heard anything and to inquire about having the cat towed in and was given the number for a local tow service and was told that there would be a one hundred and sixty five dollar diagnostic fee which I will absolutely not pay ever. Been over a week and still waiting for that service tech to call back. We will be buying a new car next year and it will not be a Kia! More
